- With hundreds of communities, Sunrise needed a single, comprehensive preventive maintenance program in place to achieve a consistent standard of quality throughout all communities, with each operating at peak service performance.

- Once a work order is complete, information on the job is easily entered via Corrigo’s Voice Portal, a phone-based response system, instantly updating the database in real-time with the new information.
- With access to a comprehensive real-time work order database, management can now focus on integrating that information with its asset management system to enable real-time reports on key performance metrics.
